A 16 page report designed on behalf of the Crawley and Horsham Table Tennis League. The report was to be presented to the Local Council and Sport England and is about re-purposing the Drill Hall in Horsham into a full time Table Tennis centre. If the proposal is successful the centre would be used by a range of people ranging from the local community through to elite athletes.
